Position Description: Sales Associate Employee:
Reporting to: Sales Floor Lead & Customer Service Lead Status: (Full-time/Part-time)
primary objective of a Sales Associate is to serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
o Help customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions
o Drive sales through engagement of customer suggested selling and sharing product knowledge.
o Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; following up to ensure resolution; making recommendations to management
o Identify customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
o Maintain knowledge of products and services by reading specification updates; attending information meetings; referring questions to supervisor
o Maintain inventory including receiving, stocking and pricing merchandise
o Maintain store appearance by creating a clean, orderly, and safe shopping environment
o Provide general support to the store, e.g. help customers by providing information; answering questions/phone calls; merchandising; completing payment transactions; covering shifts in customer service as needed
o The ability to excel in a team environment
