Target Sports USA is welcoming a new addition, Kailon Kirby. He brings over seven years of experience in digital marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Web Design and Development with extensive knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).

Before joining the TSUSA team, Kirby worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant where he advised, created, and executed multi-channel campaigns that drove brand awareness, generated leads, and boosted conversions. At System Solutions LLC, Kirby served as a Digital Marketing Manager, he consistently acquired high-value clients monthly while effectively managing relationships with over 325,000 clients and prospects. He successfully implemented strategic inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, designing impactful marketing materials, and website assets that drove a notable 20% increase in lead generation. Additionally, he drafted and distributed targeted press releases and marketing collateral across the U.S. and Canada, effectively promoting the company's new products and services.

Kirby received a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Innovation from Post University, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. He also holds certifications in Google Ads and CRM marketing, as well as advanced level Search Engine Optimization (SEO II).

Kirby will join the TSUSA digital marketing team, helping oversee digital marketing strategies, enhancing brand presence online, and optimizing customer engagement and experience through data-driven insights.
