Sports South, Celerant Revolutionize Replenishment with New ‘Smart Order’ Program

Dealers can easily ‘click to ship’ suggested orders on the Sports South dealer website based on their on-hand data from Celerant’s retail software

Celerant Technology, a preferred retail software provider for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), has expanded the integration with Sports South, helping dealers save time and make more informed purchasing decisions based on the dealer's on-hand inventory data. The Sports South ‘Smart Order’ program automatically sends dealers’ data from the Celerant retail software, enabling Sports South to suggest recommended orders, in which dealers can easily ‘click to ship,’ make changes, or save for later on the Shooting Warehouse dealer website.

Order Faster with Recommendations from Industry Experts using Your Inventory Data

Dealers using Celerant with the Sports South integration can now use the ‘Smart Order’ program to expedite replenishment. Within the Celerant software, dealers can set minimum and maximum quantities per SKU with the assistance of Sports South account managers. Once the dealer has the new program set up within the Celerant software, inventory and sales data will flow automatically to Sports South, enabling the Smart Order program to suggest orders for review on the Shooting Warehouse website. From there, the dealer reviews the proposed orders, confirms what to add to the cart, saves for later, or removes, and then completes the order in a fraction of the time.

Putting Replenishment on ‘Easy Mode’

As inventory is sold at the dealer's store or via their website, the program automatically tracks the products and inventory levels to prepare the next set of suggested orders. When the dealer logs into the Shooting Warehouse website, the suggestions are ready and waiting for each product the dealer has included in the program, helping save tremendous time and ensuring the dealer is stocked correctly based on their individual sales trends.
