Ross Botha, a dynamic leader with roots in South Africa, has built a career in the global defense community that spans several decades. As a former military officer and co-founder of a prominent Southern African defense training provider, he is recognized as a trailblazer in the industry.

Following his relocation to the United States, Botha's career took off, undertaking key positions such as Global Director of Government and Law Enforcement Affairs and National Sales Manager for prestigious aerospace defense companies. His experience as a General Manager in the small-arms and sporting goods distribution industry further broadened his professional portfolio, making him a perfect fit for QuietKat's robust expansion strategy.

A graduate of the University of South Africa, Botha is also a member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA). His extensive qualifications span across renowned institutions such as the International Firearms Training Academy and Defense Training International. Botha also possesses certifications from SAQA, SASSETA, POSLEC SETA, South African Defense Force, South African Police Service, Personal Defense Systems, and PRISA.
