The Briefing FFL Compliance Summit takes place September 23–25 in Dallas, and the agenda has expanded. Alongside previously announced keynotes featuring representatives from the ATF and FBI, the summit has added dedicated sessions addressing straw purchasing, firearms trafficking, emerging state-level regulations, and the reshaped NFA market. Spots are limited.
Operating in the New NFA World
Among the newest additions to the schedule is Operating in the New NFA World, featuring Travis Glover of Silencer Shop and Chris Chiafullo of FFLGuard. The session focuses on shifting market dynamics, updated counter requirements, and practical processes dealers need to remain compliant and operational.
Glover, Chief Operating Officer of Silencer Shop and 4473 Cloud, highlighted the summit's practical focus as the primary driver for his team's participation:
"Silencer Shop and 4473 Cloud both exist to make compliance simpler for dealers," Glover noted. "The Briefing gives us a direct line to ATF leadership and a room full of dealers asking the same questions we hear every day. We're proud to be part of a conversation that moves this industry forward."
