Columbia, MO – MidwayUSA Foundation is hosting several sporting clays tournaments to allow attendees to support youth shooting sports. These Day of Clays fundraising events are held at premier shooting ranges around the country and every registration is a tax-deductible donation to the youth shooting team endowment of the registrant’s choice and is matched through MidwayUSA Foundation’s matching program. Four-person squad registration is $800 and single shooters can register for $200. Top shooters at each event will compete for prizes and exclusive MidwayUSA Foundation belt buckles!
The first Day of Clays event of 2023 will be held on May 6 in Little Falls, Minnesota. Sponsored by Reed’s Family Outdoor Outfitters, Day of Clays – Minnesota is a 100-target sporting clays tournament with side games to follow at Rice Creek Hunting and Recreation. The tournament will begin at 1:00 p.m. and is open to all ages, skill levels, and spectators.
On May 20, 2023, Day of Clays – South Carolina will take place at Moree’s Sportsman’s Preserve in Society Hill, SC. A food truck will be on-site and a reception will follow the 100-target sporting clays tournament. Day of Clays – South Carolina will begin at 11:00 a.m. and a small reception will follow.
Day of Clays – Nebraska is June 10 at Orvis-endorsed Pheasant Bonanza in Tekamah, NE. This tournament also allows attendees to shoot a 100-target sporting clays tournament and enjoy side games, awards, and food. This event will begin at 9:00 a.m. and again, every registration is a donation to the youth shooting program of the squad’s choice. Later this year, additional Day of Clays events will take place in Arkansas and West Virginia.
