The new design features fiber optic front and rear sights, a QuietEnergy fully shrouded barrel, and a quick-fire pump action system. This multi-shot auto-indexing rifle gives quick follow-up shots on game targets or for rapid-fire plinking. The all-weather synthetic thumbhole stock of the AT44PA-QES is both ergonomic and durable. The rubber buttpad is elevation and fit angle adjustable to accommodate shooters of all types. The receiver's built-in optics rail will accept both 22mm Weaver and 11mm Dovetail scope mounts, allowing the use of a wide variety of scope rings.

The detachable air cylinder can be filled either on or off the rifle, and spares can be interchanged for extended shooting sessions without the downtime of filling. A color-coded pressure gauge is built into the end of each air cylinder for quick fill pressure monitoring, and a rotating dust cover keeps the fill port clean when not in use. Filling to 2900 PSI can provide up to 45 high-powered shots on a single charge. The sturdy steel barrel is precision rifled and choked for maximum accuracy, and Hatsan's renowned Quattro Trigger system allows users to fine-tune their trigger pull weight and length.
