Gold Tip and Bee Stinger to Recognize Gillingham’s Achievements at the 2022 ATA Show
FLORA, Miss. – – Gold Tip, an industry leader in carbon arrows and bolts, along with Bee Stinger, maker of the most advanced line of stabilizers and side bars for bowhunting, congratulates pro archer Tim Gillingham on a remarkable and record-setting 2021 competitive season. Over the course of the year, Gillingham set two new world records, capping an impressive record of victories throughout the season.
On April 11 at the USAT Arizona Cup, Gillingham broke the Men’s Master Compound Match record with a 150 7X. One week later at the USA Archery Target Nationals, he broke another world record in the Men’s Master Compound 2x72 50M total round score with a score of 1413. During the same match and category, Gillingham also broke the national record with his score of 710/720.
“I was fortunate to have several strong finishes this season, and to break two world records in the process was an incredible feeling,” Gillingham said. “It takes a lot of dedication to achieve those milestones, and I couldn’t do it without the Gold Tip and Bee Stinger equipment I depend on at every competition.”
Gold Tip and Beestinger plan to recognize Gillingham for his record-setting year at the upcoming Archery Trade Association (ATA) Show, which is set to take place January 7-9 in Louisville, Kentucky. On Saturday, January 8th both brands will host a small reception (Booth #2347) at 10 a.m. The reception is open to the public and attendees are encouraged to come by to extend their personal congratulations.
