Kevin Neuendorf has been named the Vice President of Marketing for F-3 Media and will oversee the company’s social media marketing and advertising.
F-3 Media is a strategic media, video production and graphics agency that helps companies and organizations accelerate growth, profitability, reputation, and market presence through media relations, product launches, social media marketing, creative planning and management, events, promotions, and issues management. Founded by United States Air Force veteran JT Harden in 2014, the company is thriving with more than 25-plus clients including Bass Pro Shops, Plano, Huk, Nomad, Outdoor Edge and a host of other outdoor brands.
An experienced marketing and communications professional of 23 years, Neuendorf is ready to cultivate new customers and opportunities for the companies that place their faith in F-3 Media to help drive their marketing strategy and online reputation.
Being an avid outdoorsman with a passion for elk hunting and being in the outdoors with his friends and family, F-3 Media’s current clientele is ideally suited to where Neuendorf’s interest lies and he looks forward to helping continue the company’s expansion into other ventures and opportunities.

Neuendorf has built a career storytelling and marketing America’s Olympic and Paralympic Team athletes, including stints with USA Boxing, the U.S. Olympic Committee and most recently, USA Shooting. As a seasoned public relations professional, he hopes to bring that same expertise to F-3 Media and really expand the capabilities and opportunities that the company can provide for its clients.
Over the past eight years, as the marketing and communications lead for USA Shooting, Neuendorf helped build a top-notch communications program for the organization. In those eight years, he grew their brand through a strategic focus on better communication and storytelling and enhancing efforts to showcase the sport and athletes through targeted media and industry outreach, social media and robust campaign strategy.
Neuendorf is a 1997 graduate of the University of Idaho where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations. He and his wife, Tina, reside in Colorado Springs with their children Hayley, Kyle and Carter.
