Krieghoff International sponsored the Jack Link's Cup at Quail Creek Sporting Ranch in Okeechobee, Florida, welcoming 1,672 shooters from all 50 states and 15 countries competing for $350,000 in prize money. Team Krieghoff shooters Brandon Powell, Shelby Moon, Mike Wilgus, Kiersten Sales, and Jacob Judson earned podium placements, while Brad Mayberry won a Krieghoff K-80 Parcours-X raffle prize valued at over $22,000.

Team Remington achieved strong results at Jack Link's Cup in Okeechobee, Florida, with Todd Hitch finishing second in the Main Event Over All. Michael Luongo won the High Over All in the 12 Gauge event, while Brandon Powell claimed multiple podium finishes including a win in the Make-A-Break event sponsored by Remington Ammunition.

Week 3 of Scopos' 2026 National Air Rifle New Shooter League and National Air Pistol League featured skill-based squadding with North Brunswick AJROTC leading the rifle rankings and Lafayette Gun Club improving to 3-0 in pistol competition. Notable performances included Grayson Cowan's 280.4 in rifle and Steven CSM USA(ret) Slee's 540-6 in pistol, with several close matches decided in final stages.

The NRA Competitive Shooting Division announces the 2026 NRA America's Rifle Challenge Match Director Summit, a three-day training program held May 6-10, 2026, at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The summit provides comprehensive instruction for current and aspiring Match Directors and Range Officers, with lodging and meals provided for 36 selected participants at a $50 registration fee.

Registration is now open for the third annual Winchester Top Shot Youth Championship, powered by White Flyer, scheduled for April 18, 2026, at NILO in Brighton, IL. The event welcomes sport shooters aged 12 to 21, with over $15,000 in prizes and includes 100 sporting clays targets and Winchester Super-Target shotgun shells.

Team Remington shooters Brandon Powell and Todd Hitch earned top honors at the 2026 Caribbean Classic in Vero Beach, Florida, with Powell taking High Overall at the Lois Neely Memorial event and Hitch winning Prelim 1 and placing runner-up in multiple competitions using Remington Premier shotshells.

Scopos' 2026 National Air Rifle New Shooter League and National Air Pistol League completed Week 2 with Daniel Boone MCJROTC and Saint Thomas Academy leading the rifle rankings at 2-0, while NoVA Sharpshooters topped the pistol standings. Lafayette Gun Club and Palmyra Sportsmen's Assoc remain unbeaten in air pistol competition.

Hornady will host the Zombies in the Heartland 3-Gun Match May 29-31, 2026, at Heartland Public Shooting Park in Grand Island, Nebraska. The match features reactive targets and requires competitors to use pistol, rifle, and shotgun, or pistol-caliber carbine and shotgun in the PCC Division. Registration is open via Practiscore.

Federal Ammunition sponsored shooter Kayle Browning won gold in Women's Trap at the Abu Dhabi Shotgun Grand Prix, defeating Italy's Jessica Rossi and Poland's Sandra Bernal with a perfect 30/30 final score. The 2020 Olympic silver medalist competed among 165 of the world's best trap and skeet shooters from 26 countries.

MacKenzie Sookhoo led Game 6 of the 2025-2026 National Intercollegiate Rifle League with a 614.5 score, as the University of Rhode Island posted 2,328.8 to lead standings at 2,313.5 average. Georgia Military College finished second at 1,219.4 in the match.

Team Remington dominated the RC Cup Main Event, with Brandon Powell, Turner Parcell, and Michael Luongo finishing first, second, and third respectively among nearly 350 entrants. The 950-target event at South Florida Shooting Club in Palm City, Florida attracted over 500 total shooters and concluded February 1, 2026.

Scopos launched the 2026 National Air Rifle New Shooter League and National Air Pistol League with Week 1 competition. Daniel Boone MCJROTC and Lafayette Gun Club set early paces in their respective leagues, while Ooltewah AJROTC edged Stony Point NJROTC by 3.3 points in a tight air rifle match.

Winchester Ammunition and White Flyer sport shooters will compete at the 2026 Jack Link's Cup February 10-15 at Quail Creek Sporting Ranch in Florida. Team member Mike Wilgus won the 2025 NSCA National Sporting Clays Championship. Winchester introduces the new AA Super Spreader 12-gauge load with expanded pattern capabilities.

Rob Nabower, Ballistics Manager for Berger Bullets & Ammunition, won the Arizona State Smallbore Prone Championship at Ben Avery Shooting Complex. 

Burris Optics Shooting Team Member Camdyn Powers achieved a dominant 2025 season with seven first-place finishes and won the IPRF PR22 Rimfire World Championship Ladies Division title, competing for Team USA against 256 elite shooters from 21 countries. Powers credits her success to discipline, faith, and her preferred Burris XTR Pro optic.

Championship week is here for the National Air Rifle League; the games are set for both the Sporter and Precision leagues.

Federal Ammunition congratulates Vincent Hancock on his excellent performance in Men’s Skeet at the ISSF World Cup Final in Doha, Qatar, held December 4-9. Hancock finished 2nd in the tournament, earning a World Cup Final silver medal.
