Tomball, TX — WATCHTOWER Defense today announced the appointment of Jordan Davis as Chief Executive Officer to lead the company's strategic direction, operational buildout, and growth initiatives.
Davis, who most recently served as Chief Growth Officer at WATCHTOWER Firearms, will lead WATCHTOWER Defense with a focus on consumer products, operational excellence, and market growth.
Jason Colosky, founder of WATCHTOWER Firearms, also joins the leadership team, overseeing foreign military and domestic government affairs while supporting the company's strategic growth.
"Jordan has demonstrated exceptional leadership and an unmatched ability to drive growth and innovation," said Alan Kent, one of the owners of WATCHTOWER Defense. "His vision and execution have already made a tremendous impact, and I'm confident he is the right leader to guide WATCHTOWER Defense into the future."
WATCHTOWER Defense is a new company with new ownership, leadership, and a bold strategic direction. Central to this evolution is the company's new state-of-the-art facility in Tomball, Texas, which provides a 50 percent increase in production space. This expansion positions WATCHTOWER to capitalize on significant growth opportunities and enhance capabilities for both production and support teams.
Under Davis' leadership, the company will prioritize developing and launching consumer-focused products, with several new offerings scheduled for release later this year and at SHOT Show 2027.
Davis brings a proven track record of driving transformative growth and operational leadership. His prior experience includes spearheading exponential expansion—increasing sales from $3 million to $28 million in a single year, tripling the dealer network, and successfully entering international markets. He has built and led nationwide sales teams, secured distribution partnerships with major wholesalers, and implemented advanced ERP and compliance systems to streamline operations.
Prior to joining WATCHTOWER, Davis served as CEO and a Board Director of Volcon, Inc. (NASDAQ: VLCN), where he led the company through its IPO, secured more than $100 million in funding, and built a global dealer and distributor network. His leadership emphasized LEAN and Kaizen methodologies, driving significant cost savings and quality improvements.
Earlier in his career, Davis served as President of Mustad Fishing (Americas), leading a successful transition to a direct-to-consumer model and achieving 48 percent annual eCommerce growth. He also held multiple leadership roles at Remington Outdoor Company, including Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, overseeing strategy and product commercialization.
Davis holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Bushnell University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He currently serves as a board member of The Mule Deer Foundation.
"I'm honored to lead WATCHTOWER Defense at this pivotal moment," said Davis. "With a strong foundation, an incredible team, and a clear vision for the future, we are well-positioned to deliver innovative products, expand our market presence, and build a brand that embodies performance, reliability, and excellence."
With new leadership, expanded capabilities, and a robust product pipeline, WATCHTOWER Defense is poised for sustained growth and continued success in the years ahead.
